Real estate is evolving from a pure asset class to an experience-driven product shaped by cultural shifts, hospitality, AI, and new investment models. These forces are changing how people live, work, travel, connect, and influencing how capital is deployed into the built environment.Growing up in the U.S. and Europe and traveling to 20+ countries sparked an interest in how culture and community shape our experience of place, from cafés and plazas to boutique hotels and markets that become hubs of identity and connection.That interest in people and place led me to launch a San Diego corporate tours & experiences business during COVID and continues to shape how I think about hospitality, shared experiences, and storytelling within the built environment.In my current role at Hines, I’m working on a 1.5M SF mixed-use development (HoMDistrict.com) in Bellevue, WA focused on experience-centric design and urban placemaking, while also leading industrial efforts in the Pacific Northwest.If you’re interested in the future of real estate through the lens of culture, technology, people, and place, I’d love to connect.
