About Hunter Heger

I graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Experience Industry Management, concentrating on Sport Management, and am dedicated to creating meaningful guest and fan experiences. With Cal Poly’s “Learn by Doing” approach, I developed hands-on expertise in customer experience and sport management across areas like Experience Design, Sport Marketing, Leadership of Diverse Groups, and Experiential Marketing. My studies extended internationally in Florence, Italy, enhancing my cultural and professional perspectives. My leadership experience includes volunteering as an event organizer for the Cal Poly Men and Masculinity Club, where I honed my budgeting and coordination skills. As President of Delta Chi during the 20••••24 academic year, I led a large chapter, managed a substantial budget, and drove efforts that earned the chapter campus-wide recognition, culminating in the President\'s Cup—the highest award at the international level. Professionally, I’ve served in roles that blend service and management. With AmeriCorps and Junior Giants, I promoted core values and supported community-focused initiatives, while as a shift manager at Links Club, I fine-tuned customer service skills and managed operations in a dynamic environment. Currently, I’m a front desk agent at Hotel San Luis Obispo, where I ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and team coordination across departments. As a lifelong sports fan and aspiring leader in experience development, I’m eager to bring my skills in sport, management, and customer engagement to create standout experiences in the industry.
