As a CISSP-certified cybersecurity executive, Director of Innovation & Integration for the U.S. Navy, I bring a unique blend of technical depth, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to every challenge. Over the course of my career, I have led large-scale modernization initiatives, directed global cybersecurity operations, and advised senior leaders on risk management, compliance, and resilience. My work spans cloud migration, DevSecOps adoption, secure architecture design, incident response, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with a proven ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.In my current role as Director for Innovation & Integration, I oversee enterprise-wide efforts to modernize and secure mission-critical systems. I lead cross-functional teams in cloud migration, integration, and testing, ensuring that new technologies are deployed securely and aligned with Zero Trust principles. I advise Navy leadership on cyber innovation, enterprise risk, and digital transformation, while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor relationships. Previously, as Deputy Director for Cybersecurity, I directed a 70-person team responsible for securing global classified networks supporting users, leading initiatives such as MFA rollout, red team programs, and disaster recovery planning.I also provide consulting services dedicated to helping small businesses and enterprises strengthen their security posture, achieve compliance, and build resilience. I partner with C-suite executives to develop tailored security programs, conduct risk assessments, and implement remediation strategies across frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CMMC. My consulting work reflects my passion for empowering organizations to navigate the evolving threat landscape with confidence and clarity.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, where I built a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving and technical systems design. My background in engineering complements my cybersecurity expertise, enabling me to approach challenges with both precision and creativity. I am also an active participant in bug bounty programs and Capture-the-Flag competitions, continuously sharpening my offensive security skills and staying ahead of emerging threats.
