Throughout my career as a senior leader within Ryder System, I have served a change agent and a driver of growth in revenues, profitability, and productivity, while collaborating within the executive leadership team to establish a vision and deliver sustainable growth.In my role as Managing Director of Finance, I drive the corporate vision and service delivery in a hybrid role as the Global Retail organization\'s finance leader and acting COO, overseeing a team of 25 serving an operation with more than 3,500 employees in 30 facilities around the world. I lead strategic planning, business operations, financial strategy, and organizational talent management. Some of my notable achievements with Ryder System include:Elevating the performance of the Global Retail Division.
