Primary QA lead on Tap to Pay on iPhone — an Apple partnership now live across 143 financial institutions with $17M+ processed and 35.5% compound monthly growth since launch. Led QA from inception, validating integrations and coordinating with partners including Q2, TD, FIS, and NCR/Candescent. Contributed QA across complex fintech projects spanning enrollment, payment processing, settlement, data import, audit systems, and banking core integrations — including sole QA lead on a dynamic payouts and optimistic funding initiative that redesigned Autobooks\' money movement architecture accelerating fund availability while enforcing risk-based fraud controls. Operate at the forefront of AI-augmented engineering — leveraging Claude Code to automate workflows and scale QA output. Developed a hands-on understanding of where agentic AI performs reliably and where human judgment is required — using that discernment to maximize output and maintain control. Manage and execute 2-3 production releases per week across 10+ components with end-to-end accountability across the full release lifecycle. Built a Claude Skill to automate pre-release change identification — eliminating a manual, time-consuming QA task. Continue to drive the transformation of an inherited Cypress framework — redesigning the architecture to eliminate code bloat, prevent cascading failures, and improve reliability. Consistently expanding coverage through new tests and refinements. Leveraged Claude Code to architect and deploy an iOS SDK UI automation suite (36 regression tests) and unit test suite (235 tests) for Tap to Pay — establishing automated coverage where none existed and eliminating manual testing across SDK updates and releases. Expanded role across the full engineering stack — implementing FE and BE changes using AI-assisted development and running multiple full repos locally including web UI, backend, database, Tap to Pay, and partner codebases to validate at the source.
