First contact for visiting teams, responsible for assisting in any request or accommodations for the PR staff or visiting traveling media. This included making credential packets, contacting each media member and hotel packet drop offs. Also responsible for the Utah Jazz media publications such as game notes, updating and maintain statistical records of stats for our current roster. I was also in charge of setting up the arena on game days which included seating charts, setting up press rooms, printing out notes and other useful documents for media members.
