International Union of Operating Engineers Local 103 member & Employee. I graduated with a bachelors degree from Purdue university but found out after various positions at companies including fortune 500’s that the office wasn’t my speed for the time being. As one of the 1.6% annual applicants admitted I’ve quickly excelled into the IUOE Local 103 and currently work operating a wide variety of heavy equipment in the Union such as Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steers etc on the heavy civil side of the industry constructing Indiana’s 2nd district infrastructure.
