About Hunter Henrich
As the acquisitions director, I leverage my dual-state credentials and extensive experience in acquisitions to identify and secure profitable opportunities in the Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, and California markets. My primary skill sets are property valuation, contract management, negotiation, and project coordination. As director I oversee the general managers and acquisition agents in all of our offices. The main goal as director is to track metrics, train, and set goals that will allow our acquisition agents to be the best in the business.
