I serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, IT, leadership, and research teams, ensuring high-impact service delivery, proactive support, and continuous advancement of offensive security capabilities.Key Contributions & Responsibilities- Systems Ownership & Support Leadership- Manage NetSec tools, databases, imaging infrastructure, and testing platforms- Serve as the primary support contact for engineers, ensuring fast, consistent system resolution- Maintain internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and tool knowledgebases- Coordinate escalations with IT for NetSec systems and tools.R&D & Operational Strategy- Align R&D initiatives with business goals and emerging security trends- Lead technical projects from planning through execution, tracking milestones and deliverables- Develop new toolkits, automation, and offensive techniques in collaboration with the Red Team- Support course and webinar development for SBS Institute educational offerings.Leadership & Team Development- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new engineers- Provide technical expertise in support of sales efforts and client engagements.
