I\'m a Commercial Real Estate student at San Diego State University, with an emphasis in development. I have hands-on experience across commercial real estate, including property operations and entrepreneurship.I\'ve worked on a real estate- adjacent project supporting commercial and residential properties, collaborating directly with executive leadership and clients on planning, coordination, and execution. Alongside my commercial experience, I founded and operated a service-based business across San Diego and Denver, managing operations, a small team, and customer relationships at scale.My background combines real estate fundamentals, financial and managerial accounting, and market analysis with real-world experience and execution - from optimizing operations and managing people in my own business, to coordinating tech projects on large developments in my internship.I\'m interested in commercial real estate, development, and investment-focused roles. I hope to add creativity to the market, where analytical thinking, operational discipline, and long-term values already exist.
