Responsible for the procurement, management, planning, organization, and execution of assigned Terminal and airport campus-wide Facilities-managed service contracts, including, but not limited to: janitorial services, tile and carpet cleaning, glass cleaning, waste disposal, and pest control. Responsible for performing detailed assessments and inspections of the interiors and exteriors of the Terminal and other District-managed buildings. Additional primary areas of responsibilities include: management of the Facilities Department Safety Training program; oversight of the District\'s environmental compliance systems, contracts, reporting, and training for regulatory reporting, certifications, and maintenance, as related to Grounds and Waste Disposal; and management of the District\'s SDS (Safety Data Sheets) program.Manage, with the assistance/partnering of the Airfield & Grounds Manager, the annual Facilities capital projects for Airfield, Landscape, and Grounds areas, through scoping, procurement, planning, and execution of defined projects.
