ABOUT HUNG TRAN
I am a Pharm.D candidate in the inaugural class of 2025 at UCI. With work experience as an intern pharmacist and pharmacy technician across various settings, including in-patient, outpatient, urgent care, long-term care, chain, and independent pharmacy, I have developed a passion for pharmacy and a deep appreciation for its critical role in healthcare. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am enthusiastic about researching and evaluating the risk factors faced by underserved populations in healthcare and advocating for equity in healthcare. Furthermore, I actively participate in volunteer work, which not only provides me with the opportunity to give back to the community but also helps me to develop professionally, build networks, and acquire valuable skills such as time management, leadership, and communication.
