I am a senior in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Florida International University, committed to a future of compassionate, culturally attuned patient care.My academic dedication is matched by a deep commitment to leadership and community building. As the elected President of Student Nurse Association at FIU, I advocate for my peers and spearhead initiatives to enhance our collective learning environment. I also contribute to my academic community as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, a Peer Tutor, and a Student Support Specialist in FIU’s high-fidelity STAR simulation center, where I help prepare the next generation of skilled nurses.My experiences as an international student from Vietnam fuel my unwavering commitment to health equity. This passion is why I actively volunteer with organizations and collaborate with community leaders.
