An automotive marketing professional with a knack for delivering unequaled customer success experiences through the use of digital media, CRM technologies, and most importantly 1-on-1 interactions. I have combined that same passion with my love for the automotive industry, currently serving as the Brand Strategist for AUTO|ONE Group, an Equipment and Vehicle Leasing company catering to commercial and retail clients Canada-wide from the 3 locations; Toronto, Vancouver, and Halifax. I held previous roles as Account Manager, leading to Customer Success Manager at VerticalScope Inc, the largest host of online communities, especially in the automotive segment (i.e. AutoGuide.com Bimmerfest.com, VWVortex.com). Behind my work experience is a 3-year Advanced Diploma in the Business Administration - Marketing Co-op program from Sheridan College. To compliment my hands-on learning at college, I continued on to pursue a more theory-based Undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce Degree program at Ryerson University, in the Business Management - Marketing Major program. You will frequently find me engaging with various car enthusiast clubs in the GTA and abroad, whether in-person at car shows, meet & greets, track days, or online via social media, and online forum communities.
