As a project coordinator at NHS Supply Chain, I support the delivery of critical projects and programmes that enhance efficiency and drive improvements across the organisation. My role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and partners to achieve strategic objectives. I work across multiple directorates, including finance, data & tech, supply chain, and commercial, providing structured project support while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and mitigation. By collaboration with Project teams to identify potential challenges early, I help implement proactive solutions that keep projects on track. Currently, I am advancing my expertise through a Level 4 Project Management Qualification, alongside pursuing the APM certification, further strengthening my ability to manage complex projects effectively. With a methodical and forward-thinking approach, I am committed to supporting the delivery of impactful Change that contribute to the success of NHS Supply Chain and the wider NHS.
