Over the past several years, I\'ve led critical IT initiatives across identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS administration, and automation, particularly in cloud-first organizations.My experience includes owning platforms like Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, and Zendesk, designing lifecycle workflows with Okta Workflows, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. In my previous role, I worked at Flatiron Health, where I played a key role in automating onboarding and offboarding, driving adoption of AI-powered internal tools like Dashworks, and absorbing systems-level responsibilities during a major team transition.I’m drawn to teams that value empathy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
