I operate across two worlds. Through Imagine This Future, I work with founders and leadership teams on strategy, product, people, and governance. I bring hard-won experience: I spent nearly a decade as MD and then CEO of Invivo Healthcare, building the brand, developing a portfolio of microbiome-focused products, and scaling the business to a successful exit to Microba Life Sciences. I know what it takes to grow a business with both commercial rigour and purpose — and I work selectively with leaders who want both.In the climbing industry, I\'m building something I\'ve long wanted to exist. Holds Haus is a climbing partnership company working with CityWall and global climbing brands to help climbing and bouldering scale and grow across the UK — connecting the right people, spaces, and brands to grow the sport with intention. I also sit on the Advisory Board at 270 Climbing Park, having previously been part of the executive team that delivered their £7M climbing centre.Climbing has been part of my life for years — long before it became my business.
