I\'m a champion of all things people; coaching individuals, teams and organisations to play their best game. I am increasingly focussed on helping people build the tough, essential life skills that we don\'t get taught at school. Emotional intelligence, resilience, agility in change, the ability to regulate our thoughts and feelings, to communicate these clearly to others, and to choose our responses and actions. These are the gamechangers, the qualities that make people and workplaces exceptional. Combining my 20+ years experience in the training and coaching arena, with lessons learned from some pretty demanding life experiences of my own, including 2 major episodes of burnout / breakdown, I have become a self-awareness and self-development junkie, for myself and for my clients, as I have experienced the amazing changes that even a little bit of this gold dust can spark. I bring it all to everything I do; energy, honesty, warmth, candour, insight and ideas, plus an unquenchable bias for optimism.
