I am a Mental Health Professional and Psychologist based in Mumbai, committed to delivering evidence-based, client-centered mental health support and therapy. I offer in-person sessions at my clinic in Mumbai as well as online therapy, ensuring accessible care.My clinical practice is grounded in a Trauma-Informed lens, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), alongside an eclectic approach tailored to each client\'s unique needs.My clinical training spans reputed institutions including KEM Hospital, BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, and Dignity Foundation, where I developed competencies in assessment, case formulation, and therapeutic intervention across diverse populations.In my role as Project Assistant at Happence, I coordinate psychology and neuroscience-backed wellness programmes, supporting stakeholder communications, data analysis, and the development of clinical programme materials.As a Psychology Teaching Assistant at K.C. College, I mentor MA Psychology students in clinical assessment, diagnostic interviewing, and evidence-based practice at BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.I am also the Co-founder of We Talk Psych, a community mental health initiative dedicated to structured psychoeducation and mental health awareness among students and young adults, delivered in collaboration with NGOs and community organisations.I hold an M.A. in Psychology from Kishinchand Chellaram College, Mumbai, complemented by certifications in Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Grief Counselling.I am committed to research and psychoeducation as essential pillars of holistic mental health practice.And I welcome connections with mental health professionals, researchers, educators, and organisations aligned with advancing psychological wellbeing.
