Strengthened IAM posture through RBAC, XACML-driven access policies, and custom MFA implementations (Guardian, Email OTP, Authenticator App). Authored Low-Level Designs (LLDs), sequence diagrams, and Confluence documentation for authentication and federation flows. Partnered with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize user experience across multiple environments.
