ABOUT SUSAN GRACE KOCH
I discovered a profound sense of self-understanding when I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 42. This revelation transformed my perspective on the challenges I had faced throughout my life, from difficulties in forming close friendships to struggling with incomplete tasks and low self-esteem. After high school, uncertain of my future and battling feelings of worthlessness, I embarked on a career as a cosmetologist. While I enjoyed the creative aspects of the job, the physical demands led me to seek a new direction. Determined to pursue my goals and aspirations, I persevered and graduated from college in despite starting a few years later than my peers. My career in healthcare Human Resources has been deeply fulfilling. In my leadership roles, I have had the privilege of guiding employees in advancing their careers, and the updates I receive from those I have counseled continue to bring me immense joy. As of June 2024, I have embraced a new path as a coach specializing in ADHD clients. I offer tailored 6-12 week programs designed to help my clients achieve specific goals.
