Quality Assurances To ensure we deliver phenomenal service and memorable experiences across our global network, each apartment listed on TheSqua.re has to pass a rigorous 150 point checklist. If it doesn’t pass, we won’t list it. We have embedded NPS into our services; this gives us greater insight into guest experience and helps us to constantly refine and improve our services.

Seven years into the business, our brands – HouseofMoLi.com (being rebranded to thesqua. re) and Ovington Finance have rapidly scaled up to become a USD 8 figure revenue run rate group.With 10k plus past customers, 5k merchants on our platform, and three awards for product excellence, the group is now embarking on an ambitious strategy to become a category leader in our businesses across multiple markets in Europe and Asia Pacific.We like to think of TheSqua.re group as the digital-age equivalent of the happens when Google meets Goldman Sachs - a truly disruptive platform that dis-intermediates assets and capital to change the face of accommodation and finance industries with a global vision.Our offices have an engaging and unique culture – where openness, collaboration and intellectual curiosity is fostered in a collegiate environment.
