I am a project manager and an architect with years of experience in the built environment. I am a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and a PMQ and member with APM as well as holding various other project management qualifications such as Praxis (PFP) and PRINCE 2. I have particular strength in planning, brief definition, resource profiling and delivery to maximise schedule and cost performance. I have extensive UK and international experience on various infrastructure projects, having worked on rail, transport and station design schemes across tens of years. I led and managed teams of engineers, specialists and project managers with a success mindset ensuring the projects stay viable and efficient through budget management and deliver aspirational results through quality management.I am a keen team builder, leader and player with a positive and practical approach operating with clear objectives. Throughout my career I have worked with and led several teams of architectural, engineering and consultancy professionals and I am enthusiastic about creating an enjoyable team experience with every project, leverage on opportunities and work through challenges.
