A Swedish-listed global manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, motors, and cooling system. I reported to the VP of HR & Sustainability, supporting a transformation agenda across Europe, North America, and Asia. With operations in 10+ countries and ~1,282 employees, I partnered with the executive leadership team to align HR and sustainability strategies with business goals, enhance organisational effectiveness, and strengthen Concentric’s position as a trusted OEM partner.I advised C-suite leaders on all topics including workforce strategy and change in a politically complex environment. Key contributions included leading a global spans and layers review, delivering ~£10M in annual savings through a ~150-role reduction, while maintaining organisational stability.I led strategic workforce planning, succession, and capability mapping across global regions, help design new STIPs for senior leaders, and managed board-level remuneration papers. I drove a cultural integration following the EMP acquisition, enhancing employee engagement and achieving synergy goals.As one of the leads for internal communications, I managed sensitive messaging during restructures and leadership changes. I championed DEI by increasing female leadership and establishing inclusive, cross-functional teams. I also led the rollout of a global whistleblowing platform, streamlined KPIs (e.g, H&S, turnover), and established a global HR forum.As a key member of the Sustainability Committee, I supported CSRD implementation, coordinated global data collection, and aligned reporting with new ESG standards. I also managed complex ER cases, worked with trade unions across jurisdictions, and embedded compliance in global policies.
