Responsible for customers total service experience with UHC specifically to ancillary products within the Key Accounts division.\\\\n• Own the service experience and act as key liaison between customer at the field level by working with Central Service Team and other matrix partners as required to ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately meeting customer’s expectations\\\\n• Fully accountable for supporting SAE in facilitating resolution of all elevated customer service requests\\\\n• Facilitate customer meetings regularly to assess trends and monitor any escalating issues\\\\n• Coordinate pre and post implementation activities to include service and eligibility issues, open enrolment material, and training/education on eTools to drive usage and adoption\\\\n• Conduct enrollment meetings and customer sponsored health fairs\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
