When I’m not bringing ideas to life through lines of code, you’ll likely find me experimenting with the perfect cup of coffee or planning my next snowboarding trip. I am a motivated software engineer with a background in architectural design. I enjoy designing tailored solutions to make people’s lives better, I love that with software engineering I can impact more people at scale. I am actively learning new stacks and juggling multiple things at once. For example, I\'ve worked as a teaching assistant for software engineering courses, a research assistant to develop projects with innovative technologies, participated in hackathons to craft ideas, helped non-profit organizations develop their online platform, and created side projects during my spare time. With a previous design background, I also bring different angles to problem-solving and designing impactful solutions. ACCOMPLISHMENTS at Northeastern-Teaching Assistant: CS5500 Foundation of Software Engineering and CS4530 Fundamentals of Software -2x Research Apprentice: Designed and implemented an accessibility tool using TypeScript, React, Python, and Flask for collaborative digital whiteboard platforms, generating interest from Miro research team on app vision and innovative features- Research Assistant: Enhanced open-source load testing framework to benchmark performance for 3 distributed databases (MongoDB, Cloud Spanner, CockroachDB) by implementing transaction management using Java- Hackathon winner: Awarded 1st place for Best Overall Product and Best Interdisciplinary Team in a university-wide hackathon. at Develop for Good- Developed on-site service management platform on iOS, Android and web using JavaScript, React Native, Node.js, Express, and Firebase managing 50 sites and 70 - 100 organizations across the US and DR regions.
