ABOUT HUGO ALEXANDRE
In 2018, I completed my BSc in Computer Science and started working right after.It\'s been a crazy ride since then and I have worked with different teams across different countries, time zones and environments. I mainly focus on web development, more on the frontend department, but I have done integration, full stack and desktop applications. Lately, I have been more keen on backend development be it for web or desktop apps. On my spare time, I do enjoy the casual pet projects so that I am challenged in areas outside of my day to day work.I really enjoy mentoring my friends and colleagues about areas that I have good knowledge and make them interested in learning more about it.Over the years of working I learned that the most important part on a job is the team. Nobody enjoys the feeling of isolation, stagnation or mediocrity. Having good communication and relationship with the peers and keeping everyone engaged in challenging features is what makes turnover numbers low.
