Upon returning from working in Melbourne, I founded a fast-casual Greek restaurant brand in the UK that focuses on simplicity, craveability and provenance. We opened our first store in Brixton in 2017. Again it was tough at the start, but we continuously evolved and started to gain momentum (particularly in the delivery market). In 2020, our “Chicken Gyros Pita” was the most ordered item on Deliveroo in Brixton, London. In 2021, we won the “Best Meal under £10” category in the UK at the Deliveroo restaurant awards! In 2022, our “Chicken Gyros Pita” was voted the “Best Scran” out of all UK football leagues. Now we operate 7 corporate and franchise sites, an events arm and are growing nationwide - mainly via franchised stores.
