Manage day -to -day operations and delivery of the team. managing 15 research specialist, 3 reporting specialists and 1 Quality analyst team.Managing database in CRM (making sure updated right dispositions by reps in CRM), working closely with other team\'s heads to make sure delivered their requirements. Training team on various projects and maintaining quality. Creating Dashboards in SFDC for reps, teams and management. Creating reports and managing SFDC reports (making sure unique & accurate reports are created for reps, teams & overall) Creating territories and assigning leads for respective reps. Validating database (try and find out right prospects details). Leads Mining (extracting leads from various source, manually & automation).MIS:Preparing and publishing team’s performance analysis. Preparing and maintaining sales analysis for management (e.g. KPI\'s, Performance Trend, Project/Process success analysis). Team\'s score cards (Team\'s forecast Vs actuals, Variable, Incentives Pay-out Trackers). Gathering data from CRM and publishing it to team\'s on their progress on assigned projects. Mid-day, Daily, Weekly, Monthly & quarterly reports preparing and publishing (call, productivity reports etc.) Work with Leadership to identify essential reports and improve existing reports. Prepare work breakdown structure, Working on new level Scorecards, Dashboards, and Variance analysis reports, charts, Trackers and impact analysis.
