I’m a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of sustainability, conservation, and food systems. I’ve led organizations through major growth and transformation, always grounded in the belief that lasting impact comes from centering people, science, and community.I currently serve as President and CEO of Galápagos Conservancy, where I lead efforts to protect and restore one of the most iconic ecosystems on the planet. My work has spanned from the highlands of Ecuador to the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, focused on building strong teams, multi-sector partnerships, and systems that drive equity and resilience.I hold a Master’s in Natural Resources and Leadership for Sustainability from Virginia Tech and have served on multiple regional and national advisory bodies. Originally from Ecuador and now based in Washington, DC, I’m passionate about lifting local leadership and ensuring the future of places and communities that matter deeply to our planet’s health.
