ABOUT HUGO MILLER

I am a student at the Marshall School of Business studying business administration with a minor in songwriting. In addition to my work inside the classroom, I pioneer diversity as the first male in history to be a part of USC\'s dance team. My extensive history in the performing arts—rigorous training in dance, instrumental and vocal music, and stage and screen acting, uniquely positions me in the field of business. I seek to synthesize my creative and practical expertise to forge new connections across the world of the arts and business. As Head of Talent Development at BURN Los Angeles, I do just that. Through managing training and acquisition of new instructors, I work to assist others in utilizing movement, music to create community and strengthen others. I codified the BURN Method training program, overseeing the structural development of the Talent department within BURN Los Angeles. My professional experience in talent development, group fitness, and social strategy reflects my desire to build and foster community across disciplines. Whether I am focused on my collegiate community or the greater Los Angeles area, I work to strengthen and uplift diverse forms of community.
