I’m a Product Design Lead with a focus on Product Strategy and UX design. I have a passion in bringing people together across multidisciplinary fields - designers, engineers, business leaders and customers in order to solve difficult problems. I try to embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for change. My aims with my work are to identify the core value for our users, simplify complexity and understand how the many systems that make up a user’s experience fit together and create a comprehensive product. I have a passion exploring how human centered design can be applied to all facets of our lives, not just technology - applying design thinking to expand our perspectives, re-contextualize perceived obstacles and bring about positive change.
