Elevate customer issues when required to the next level of management by partnership with account manager to manage the customer’s expectations.Manage and track all contract changes and issue variation orders/change order request.Responsible for machine acceptance and sign-off; along with customer milestone invoice sign-off.Conduct Project Closeout meetings designed to capture the highlights and lowlights of the project.Experience in the beverage and food industry for turnkey complete lines and standalone machine projects.Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.Drive productivity in project.Develop and Implement Risk Mitigation Plan(s).Experience in Project Management with green field projects and new production plants.Experience as a Project Manager using PMI methodology and PMBOK 10 knowledge areas (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement and stakeholder) and 5 process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing).
