Currently managing a $30M contract with the City of Austin. This contract is divided in assignments that the City is giving Contractor according to their needs. Most of them are flat work concrete and public parks. Managing the relationship with steak-holders as City Project Managers, Engineers and Upper Management and property owners close to our job sites. In charge of planning, checking progress and quality of all projects as well as creating change order, RFIs, ensuring that drawings and sometimes schematics are compliant with the City of Austin’s Standards and specifications. Managing electrical, landscaping and fencing subcontractors, negotiating and awarding relevant contracts or purchase agreement depending on the total value of the contract. Managing contracts close outs.
