Responsible for managing and controlling the Workers Compensation Program. Including reducing costs, controlling liability, developing a return to work program, and giving excellent customer service to CO-OP\'s team members and the management team. Also in charge of the Leave of Absence Program. This will include detailed communications with the team members, as well as handling their pay and benefits while they are on leave. Keep comprehensive records of all regulatory records such as FMLA, PDL, and CFRA. Also have the pleasure of creating a companywide Safety Program. CO-OP Financial Services has offices in six states and I am being tasked to develop a Safety Program that will encompass all divisions. I will be traveling to several states to meet with the various teams and see first-hand what is needed at each facility. This is a challenge that I am sincerely looking forward to accomplishing with our collaborative Human Resources Team.
