About Hugh Sazegar

Ever since I was young, I\'ve loved repairing things and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I\'ve had the opportunity to utilize this passion, taking the businesses I\'ve worked for and created from scratch to reach profitable growth and success. From serving as President of a billion-dollar division at Schlumberger to creating, profitably growing, and selling a cloud computing and managed IT services company, I\'ve gained the perspective of what it means and takes to be a successful leader. Now, leading Techcess Cybersecurity Group and as a Vistage Chair, I continue to problem-solve, providing superior managed cybersecurity services to SMBs, and guiding CEOs and business leaders to collectively solve issues, allowing them to become better leaders, make better decisions, and arrive at better results. As the CEO of Techcess Cybersecurity Group, I leverage over 40 years of experience in the technology industry to provide managed cybersecurity services to small and midsized businesses. At Techcess, we enable SMBs to have access to the same level of cyber security services that large enterprises receive, allowing them to look at data and network security as a priority. Leading with integrity, honesty, and transparency, I facilitate a group of like-minded CEOs and business owners, providing them with the support and resources to come to empowered conclusions, resolve their issues, and grow financially and personally. Outside of facilitating a group of high-performing leaders, I am an avid horseback rider, competitively and for pleasure, and I enjoy biking. I am also a proficient pianist— I am fortunate to be musically gifted and can play just about any song I hear.
