I am an accomplished executive with over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in Florida. In my various roles I have held various leadership positions inside a distributor of the wine and spirits and a supplier. In these roles, I have established a winning track record and consistently achieving profit, revenue, volume and market share targets. I\'ve also developed many high performing people on my teams. At the same time, I have been a leader in driving organizational changes to remain competitive in an evolving industry.I have developed a strong proficiency in managing multiple sales and marketing initiatives. I have been able to deliver on brand marketing and execution strategies in an ever-changing marketplace through focused planning. My experience in the beverage industry has enhanced my understanding of how to drive towards supplier goals while delivering the objectives of my company as a distributor. This includes areas such as retail strategy, on premise development, and portfolio management.I have strong financial and analytical skills, which allow me to manage and lead the organization in fact based selling, channel management and key account development.
