In 2022 I founded my own 4PL freight forwarding agency, Freight MOLA LLC. I am a solutions-driven individual who enjoys a challenge. I like problem solving, I like to think outside the box, and I love helping our customers find logistic solutions for their freight and supply chain.Being an independently owned and operated agent gives MOLA the flexibility and nimbleness to find and tailor custom shipping solutions for each customer to meet their specific needs. Being an agency within the MODE Global network gives us unique access to thousands of partners and modalities around the world to further bolster and broaden our repertoire of services.

   I oversee and maintain both the customer-facing and back office operations for our book of clients. I manage and assist in: soliciting new business, onboarding new customers, answering inquiries, booking new shipments (US import, export, domestic, and third country shipments), troubleshooting and operating live shipments, billing and invoicing, paying vendors, submitting documents, and helping our customers to make informed decisions and succeed at every step in the transportation aspect of their supply chain.My favorite part of the job is to \'e-meet\' and collaborate with people all over the world, to problem solve and to work together in order to get freight from Point A to Point B. The global shipping landscape is constantly shifting and changing and that has never been more true than in the past couple of years. Despite the growing trends in the industry towards digitization, shipping logistics remains a very human-oriented endeavor. We pride ourselves on our customer service and greatly value the customers and vendors who have partnered with us over the years.
