The Professional Services team provides paid, fixed-fee implementation engagements for Asana clients. We are part of Asana\'s Customer Success organization and a critical lever in driving post-sales adoption success for enterprise, strategic and mid-market clients. I lead our West Coast Professional Services function which includes all aspects of pre-and-post sale professional services delivery including- leading all aspects of pre-sales with clients looking to purchase Professional Services (scoping, contracting, negotiation, pipeline management, financial management and resource allocation) either standalone or as part of a license deal - hiring, onboarding and coaching new and seasoned Professional Services Consultants - managing our delivery excellence across all active clients - improving our delivery practices and approach - collaborating with our partners in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Finance and Legal to ensure alignment of our Professional Services function with our overarching go-to-market approach at Asana
