Appointed to the Oldham Town Centre regeneration scheme.As part of the PM team in Manchester, we work closely with the development managers and our partners to understand the requirements for a project and ensure we deliver sustainable, diverse, people centred places that are built to last. Our project managers are responsible for leading and managing the design team, establishing and managing the procurement strategy for the works, negotiation of all relevant third party technical and legal agreements and managing the overall project budget. The project management team are also responsible for establishing and delivering social value and sustainability targets in accordance with Our Sustainable Future, keeping up to date with regulatory changes and driving innovation in the places we create.
