With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am Director of Facilities at Kalahari Resorts, Texas, the largest indoor waterpark resort in the US. I oversee the maintenance of the resort facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, comfort, and service for our guests and associates. I have successfully managed the facilities of three Kalahari Resorts locations in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas over the last 17 years, leading and supporting multiple teams of technicians, contractors, and vendors. I have also contributed to the expansion, renovation, and innovation of the resort facilities, implementing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, enhancing the guest experience, and increasing the operational efficiency and profitability. I am passionate about delivering excellence in hospitality, creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for our guests, and fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect among all associates.
