As a member of the Administrative Leadership Team, I work closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to advance our school’s mission by fostering a culture of philanthropy, strengthening community connections, and leading innovative fundraising initiatives. I oversee a comprehensive development program that includes annual giving campaigns, capital campaigns, planned giving, donor cultivation, and stewardship. Additionally, I collaborate with the Alumni Association and the Coordinator of Alumni Affairs to engage alumni through reunions, speaking engagements, and signature events.Key Accomplishments:Oversaw capital campaign that resulted in $ 15 million of investment in the school’s campus. Personally completed six and seven figure asks as part of the campaign. Rebranded annual giving program and grew revenue by 20% by second year in the position; 70% growth by 8th year in position. Successfully raised funds despite the challenges created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Partnered with major donors to establish new endowments in support of the school’s operations and financial aid programs. Partnered with staff and volunteers to host multiple special events for the school throughout the year. Worked with the Coordinator of Development & Alumni Affairs to relaunch the school’s alumni association.
