Responsible for the delivery of VisaNets Global Authorisations Transformation Program. A very complex initiative with the main focus to build a modern Authorisation platform for the future of Visa Payments. Main duties included but not limited to:o Managed a large team from multiple technical areas (e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Training, Service Design, Networks, Cyber Security, Operations, Infrastructure Build, DevSecOps, Software Development and Testing ) on the discovery work, requirements planning and delivery implementation of the program.o Lead and supported a large PMO team o Managed Senior Stakeholders as required.o Responsible for the day to day delivery of the Technical Program.o Explaining complex service/project issues in a business context to technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to spot delivery issues early on before they impact.
