Focus is on both large Private Equity transactions and the TMT sector. Specific sector expertise in TMT, Education, sports, gaming and Leisure sectors with significant deal experience across multiple sub-sectors including K12 and Universities, Ed tech / services, marketing services (both traditional and digital), broadband and networks services, Film and TV production, visual effects, Software / SaaS, Business Information services, Publishing, gaming / gambling, Events, sports media and data, sports rights and Cinemas. Between 2013 and 2015 spent 2 years in PwC Hong Kong advising local Private Equity clients on outbound investments as well as advising European clients looking to invest into China and South East Asia
