I am a senior technology leader with a proven record of stabilising and modernising complex IT estates in regulated and operationally critical environments. I take organisations from fragmented, legacy-dependent technology to resilient, well-governed and scalable platforms that enable confident growth.Over the last 20 years I have led transformation programmes across automotive, logistics, financial services and outsourced service environments.
