As a litigator and dispute resolver for over thirty five years, I have broad experience as a civil trial attorney. My practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, employment law, intellectual property, construction litigation, and shareholder and partnership disputes. I have served as president of the Virginia Bar Association and the Bar Association of the City of Richmond, and I am a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation. I am licensed in both Virginia and Texas.
