Founding director of DDR & Partners, with a background in planning, land promotion and agency. Extensive knowledge of the Yorkshire planning environment, with a strong track record of navigating complex planning permissions and disposals. RICS and RTPI Qualified.My role spans the full development and promotion lifecycle—from site identification and strategy through to planning application, appeal, and disposal. I work closely with landowners to guide sites through complex policy environments, resolve technical constraints, and secure permissions.I co-founded DDR & Partners in 2025 alongside Harry Dee and Charlotte Nicholson. The firm combines planning consultancy, development advisory and agency capability in one practice, with the same team involved from first conversation to completion.Alongside my professional work, I am a mentor for The Gunmakers Trust who offer bursaries to support apprentices in gunsmithing and gunmaking. I also serve as a trustee of Wetherby in Support of the Elderly (WiSE), supporting vital services for older people in our community, including its dementia café programme.
