Bringing together lived experience along with experience leading LGBTQIA+ BRGs, co-founding and leading Deloitte\'s Transgender & Nonbinary Support Team, and years in the social impact realm, Hudson brings a well-rounded, holistic, and uniquely informed view of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to every team that he is a part of. His passion for social justice, inclusion and equity comes through in every aspect of his life, and his eagerness to educate and bring others along on the journey toward a more just and equitable world supports his natural leadership abilities. Hudson firmly believes in lifelong personal growth and is constantly challenging his own beliefs and practices through reading and attending events and workshops focused on topics such as mutual aid and racial and social justice.Hudson recognizes the critical importance of working collaboratively and through helping establish and lead the Transgender & Nonbinary Support Team at Deloitte has demonstrated that true, lasting change can not happen in a silo. This group serves to implement positive changes for current and prospective transgender and nonbinary employees; to actively foster community for trans and nonbinary practitioners across the US; and to work conjointly with Talent to improve reporting systems and the overall talent experience for trans and nonbinary professionals at Deloitte. Hudson has led multiple firm-wide campaigns aimed specifically toward direct mutual aid and financial giving to BIPOC-led LGBTQIA+ organizations.A confident public speaker, Hudson has led the development and execution of a \'Breaking Down the Gender Binary\' event that aided in Deloitte winning Washington Biz Journal’s 2019 Corporate Pride Award; has presented on behalf of Deloitte at Out & Equal 2019 on best practices for transgender and nonbinary inclusion in the workplace; and continues to lead nationwide presentations and panel conversations around transgender and nonbinary inclusion within Deloitte. In any role that he holds, Hudson is committed to using his seat at the table to pull up another chair for those who are not traditionally invited, to uplift and amplify their voices even if they are not in the room.
