Monitored flight activities within the zone (including pre−arrival, arrival, ground−servicing and departure activities) for exceptions and process failures with a given area of responsibility and engaged with other team members as needed to resolve operational challenges- Designated as the primary liaison with NOC Dispatch, Fleet Ops Managers, UAX partners and external parties regarding real time updates to the hub schedule and notable flight−level events- Supported station safety culture through strategic communication and proactive engagement. Made tactical decisions as needed and escalated significant operational challenges to the SOC shift manager.
