Hubert is a Wellness Performance Coach specializing in the integration of healthy habits and adaptation of effective mindsets. He focuses on developing and maintaining the tools clients need to sustain their highest quality of living. Whether working with teams, groups, or individuals, Hubert loves to help others develop and implement action plans that enable them to maintain a high level of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His passion for coaching derives from his unique background as a college football athlete and music industry professional. He draws on his experiences as a healthy individual and contributing team member (on the field or on the stage!) to build highly effective wellness action plans with his clients. Hubert has served as the Emotional Wellness Performance Coach at Onsite Workshops and is currently the touring and recording drummer for Grammy Award Winning country music artists Little Big Town. Hubert is the founder of Performance Moment Coaching and Training in Nashville which specializes in dealing with common issues high performers deal with such as creative block, work/life balance and managing inner critical voices.
